Fully Defined (ABN 85 295 973 041) is run by Chris Buerckner in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through fully-defined.com, why we collect it and how we look after it.

What we collect

  • Email sign-ups. Your name (if you give it) and email address when you join the newsletter or a course waitlist.

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, subject and message.

  • Website usage. General information such as pages visited, browser and device type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and Squarespace analytics.

We don't collect payment details. Courses are bought on Skool, which handles payment.

How we use it

  • To send the newsletter and waitlist updates you signed up for.

  • To reply to your messages.

  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run the site:

  • Squarespace hosts this website and the contact form.

  • Kit manages the email list and sends our emails.

  • Skool hosts the courses and community. If you join or buy, Skool's own privacy policy applies.

  • YouTube videos embedded on the site may set their own cookies.

These providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We only use providers that take reasonable steps to protect it.

Emails and unsubscribing

We only email you if you sign up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to work properly and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Contact and complaints

For any privacy question or request, get in touch through the Contact page. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
